User Interface / Webpage Always Slow?

Any time I have Host Filtering enabled, use Congestion Control or a Profile selected my user interface is massively slow while navigating or refreshing pages in the settings. I have attempted a multitude of things to address this particular issue in the past (clearing my cache/history entirely, running disk cleanup, resetting the modem and r1 manually also through their webpages) with no luck.

 

I currently have a 200 download / 20 upload wired connection with the NetDuma R1 router directly plugged into Arris SB6183 modem. All of the ethernet cables are 5ft Cat 6.

 

I am asking for any feedback or suggestions on how I should go about fixing this issue as it more than small annoyance to me at this point.
