requesting a 1 on 1

Just got my netduma and I'm not sure if I got a bad one or if its something else. My netduma randomly disconnects from the internet. I ran a  couple of test to see if it was my Comcast router/modem and it still had internet while the netduma did not.

1 on 1's are after all normal support suggestions don't work. Otherwise I'd be inundated with 1 on 1's. I've moved this to General Support.

 

Is this occurring on wireless devices or wired devices? If WiFi follow this guide: http://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000022405-why-does-the-netduma-wifi-keep-dropping-out-

 

If wired please try different ethernet cables connected the wired devices and also the one connecting your R1 to the hub.
