necesito configurar el netduma

hola resido en texas y no puedo configurar el netduma tengo uverse mi veocidad es de 1.60dl y 0.35ul pero todavia tengo mucho bufferbloat y saco en dsl report C no pasa de c alguien me podria ayudar
