xCr33pshoW Posted October 15, 2016 Share Posted October 15, 2016 how is everything testing perfect and halo 5 still feel god awful sluggish with horrible registration 9 out of 10 games? i have the best shot accuracy 9 out of 10 games in free for all but still lose every game.slow,sluggish,shots not registering,people teleporting...my netduma defective or what? XtreamJay Posted October 15, 2016 Share Posted October 15, 2016 It's not the netduma, it's the halo servers. They changed something recently and it has been gawd awful disgusting! There is a thread about it on halowaypoint under Halo5 Support. Unfortunately, no fix anytime soon because the idiots over at 343 refuse to put the settings back because they think they are "helping". I play in California, and I'm convinced they have some type of lag compensation enabled for Pacific countries connecting to U.S. servers. My ping in game is 24ms and I'm getting destroyed so fast it's stupid, not to mention my spartan running, turning, aiming all slow and shit. I'm furious about it! Netduma Staff Netduma Jack Posted October 17, 2016 Netduma Staff Share Posted October 17, 2016 Try using the Halo 5 profile; but from what I've seen on the forum lately, the Halo servers have definitely changed for the worse. Let us know what you see on your Geofilter; you could potentially be getting connected to players with bad connections. Netduma Staff Netduma Jack Posted October 18, 2016 Netduma Staff Share Posted October 18, 2016 Well if your ping is good and the diagnostics state that you're good to go, there's not much we can do about the Halo 5 servers other than hope they fix them. I've seen a lot of people with the same issues on Halo 5. It sounds like your settings are correct for the most part; make sure you have auto cloud and bleeding edge cloud enabled in settings > misc.
