can some body help me with my netduma

i play on the xbox one fifa 17 i ad bad delay and lag so i got myself a netduma my friend as one to. i set it all up with all the setting and profile for fifa i still get delay even when there pings under 30 as i check the geo fliter but is still the same its like ive not even got the net duma on my isp is sky can anybody help me
