need help

hi for some reason im getting reallt slow speeds through the netduma with virgin media ive got 152mb download and 12 upload but only getting between 2 and 7 download but upload stays the same any help pls

Also, make sure you're on the latest Firmware version 1.03.4  If not, it can be found here.  Please follow the instructions carefully
