100% packet loss on wired/ 0% on wireless?

Can play fine online on wireless and everything..wired I can watch youtube/Netflix fine but no multiplayer? Test on the xbox dashboard for wired=100% packet loss....wireless 0%

Turn off geo filter. Restart Xbox. Works fine. Geo filter problem atm
