Lolman
I want to open certain ports for my pc and xbox, so I open them for my xbox's ip but when I try to do it for my pc it says 'Rule already exists that covers those ports' so I cannot open the same ports for my pc. imts_maul
correct, you can not open the same port for 2 devices when portforwarding.
b00stg0d
correct, you can not open the same port for 2 devices when portforwarding. technically yes. but theres no reason you shouldnt be able to forward say 3174 external to 3074 internal for PS4 #1 and then 3172 ext. to 3074 internal for PS4 #2..... so on and so forth. It's the way the routers NAT is setup. Netgear works flawlessly but TP link and Asus hav enot worked in the past but Netgear always has from R6250 to R8500. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted August 8, 2016 Administrators Share Posted August 8, 2016 Yes as above you're not able to do this. If this is to get an open NAT in a specific game I would recommend ISP hub in modem mode or R1 in it's DMZ then allowing UPnP to open the necessary ports for you.
