When i go to select service to put my ps4 into it all i am getting is the choice of 2 nameless devices and my phone how do i kno what is my ps4 . All i have connected is my phone and the ps4 . Thanks

Is your PS4 turned on, and connected. Your phone will be connected wirelessly, so the other device will be your PS4 change the name from unknown device to PS4 and games console from the drop down list in device manager page.

My ps4 is turned on i have 2 unamed devices to choose from and an android device which is my phone . I have tried turning my netduma off and turning my ps4 off and and factory resetting the duma i still get 2 unamed devices and my android device

Check on your PS4 what IP address is assigned to it and go under Device manager and one of those un-named devices should have the same IP address. You should be able to rename it.
