Can you confirm the following please: Connect the laptop via the "red Netduma Ethernet" directly into the modem and see if you get Internet Connect the Netduma via the "red Netduma Ethernet" directly into the modem then use another wire to connect to the laptop to the duma. Do you now get Internet or a WAN IP?
Harissa Posted April 17, 2015 Author Posted April 17, 2015 Red lead works fine, getting internet when bt router( back at work have to use bt router ) is connected with red lead to my office pc. now red lead is connected to port1 of R1 and p1, also tried p2, p3 (normal mode ) of Bt router. Still no wan ip
