no wifi, need help

ok all devices connect to wifi have lost connection , shows loading but wont connect , all wire devices are working

i done the following

 

rebooted router

factory reset

enable and disable wifi work-around

change wifi channel

change security mode

unplug both router and modem (10 minutes)

this is the first time i had this problem

Now this is how you write up a support thread, nice job at listing the cause and your effect.

 

The only thing you have not tried it to see if your ISP routers WiFi has been enabled, could you check please, thank you.

wifi was enable , i disable it and enable it back no change , when i try connection connecting my laptop to wifi it says bad wifi signal , im less then 5ft from the router

WiFi needs to be off on your ISP router and Netduma's WiFi turned on.

 

I use wpa/psk2 security mode and set a new password.

 

And i use a WiFi analyzer to find the lest congested channel http://www.howtogeek.com/197268/how-to-find-the-best-wi-fi-channel-for-your-router-on-any-operating-system/

thank you, problem solve . my problem was my isp router , the wifi would not stay off , i would turn it off and save it , but it would turn back  on , i call my internet service provider and they fix it , now my  wifi is actually working better then before . thanks again
