I'm not sure I understand what you are trying to do.

 

Could you explain a little bit more? Do you mean so the Netduma and the BT HH have the same IP. If thats what you mean then it isn't a good idea :)

Okay great, go to device manager, you should see a WAN IP. Make a note of this IP. You should see a blue box above it, click the button to go to your other routers interface. Log in and find the DMZ settings, these are usually located in the firewall section. Input the WAN IP you noted down earlier and apply it. Thats it, your NAT should be open :)
