nytemare01
I'm doing a dns test using the namebench tool and according to a vid I saw on YouTube the servers should be showing on the geofilter but they are not. Am I doing something wrong cause I'd like to know my closest dns
Netduma Staff Netduma Crossy Posted April 29, 2016 Netduma Staff Share Posted April 29, 2016 They would only show if the device you are doing the test on is added to the GeoFilter, show hosts is ticked and the service that has been selected includes the right ports to filter the traffic

YT_LowPingKing
I suggest using DNS Benchmark it's an overall better tool for checking DNS.
nytemare01
My mistake......I was using the dns bench as opposed to the namebench. I had to select my pc from the service box and then set it on Xbox live service. Found out my Isp was the best with a 7ms ping but was showing up in Illinois. Wrong location but thanks to you I finally got verification on the best dns
