Host filtering, loaded new profile,now not allowing to select service

I recently uploaded a new profile trying to see if it would help with lag. After doing so i go to add xbox live back to services in host filtering and it just brings up "select a device" and no options. cant X out the tab i have to refresh entire page. any suggestions? thanks

Can you go to DHCP lease, do your devices show up there and in device manager? Then go to Geo and see if you're able to select it. 

 

Otherwise, load the same profile but untick the Geo-filtering services, can you select now?
