NETDUMA WIFI NOT IN RANGE!?

So i just got the router and i hardwired all my needed stuff now im trying to connect my parents stuff via wifi and when i put in password it says range is very good then switches to saying range is too far so i cant use it and i connected my sister computer via WIFI and my sister and parents are right next to each other? PLZ HELP

never mind i was able to solve it just had to factory reset the device nothing wrong on netduma side
