Crashoverride
Ya I'm using an ethernet cable. Can't get into the netduma menu. It's just says "this site can't be reached" I'm at a total loss. No clue what to do. I do get a wifi signal. But I can't connect to it even with the password I set up.

No clue what to do. that was the same issue with mine. Try giving yourself an ip address then try. if you don't know how to just google it or youtube "how to get a static ip address for windows 7,8,10" whichever one you have. Crashoverride
I will try that. I've done all I've seen on here but nothing seems to be working. Thank you I will!! I've never thought of that. Crossing my fingers. Eh. Nope. Didn't work. Ugh
cycotic101
Eh. Nope. Didn't work. UghNo worries if everything fails, from what I've seen netduma is really awsome about repairing or replacing devices. In my issue, it wasn't able to be fixed my end so they asked me to send it back and they'll replace it. But I bought mine from ebay so I was worried they wouldn't replace it. But they verified my serial number to make sure it was their device and replaced it anyway. 5 star customer service. Did yours go out of wack when you pressed the reset button on the back? Crashoverride
Nope. My crashed when I put my internet providers router in the modem mode thingy. Since then I had to factory reset 2 routers I got from my IP and I can't seem to factory reset the netduma from outside of the Duma menu. I'm so at a loss. I'm just frustrated.
