Manpie
I'm getting an issue with my Duma - It frequently kicks me offline. My PS4 tells me that a LAN cable isn't connected but when I hook the cable up to my ISP modem, it's fine. I've tried resetting my Duma, I've tried holding it at a jaunty angle, I've tried diffferent ethernet ports but it still keeps on not recognising the LAN cable. I've tried a CAT 5e cable in there and my usual CAT 7 but still the same result. Can anyone help?
Zennon
I would replace both Ethernet cables to rule out a cable fault first. Make sure you hear the click of the cable as it clicks into place. So the one from your ISP router to the POE (port 1) to the duma and the cable from you duma to the PS4.

Zennon
Try a reboot from Netduma's misc settings "reboot router" If that does not work try a cold boot - turn off the console and Netduma for five minutes, turn on the Netduma wait two minutes turn on the console - retest.
