black ops 3, possible to change p2p country with vpn ?

hello again, thanks for the great support in this forum

for example i am from qatar and u can find games from 4pm until 9pm due to little player base with netduma here, possible to connect for example to KSA with vpn ? i tried to use built in hma to ksa server but it appears i cant find anybody at all, or there is another solution , my nat is op and everything is perfect and set ping to 100 and area around 3000 km

In theory it is possible but it may increase search times quite a lot. You should be able to place your host somewhere and search without a VPN as well.
