geo filter not working

geofilter not showing host or players. I have set everything up correctly as far as I can tell. It recognizes all of my devices and xbox and xbox live are selected still not working. Network monitor also shows no activity. Ive tried reseting xbox refreshing page still not working. would appreacte some help with this. Thank you
