gjziborgj
Hello, I'm a fifa player from north america and I would really like to try play with south Latin people because i was born in peru , but my ping is too high (about 200), which makes every decision I do ingame delay too much for me to actually being able to enjoy playing. The reason I'm really curious is because if i play with someone who is on north america my ping is about 15 or 20 ms Is there anything I can do to lower the ping on my netduma settings ? Thanks in advance
PuppetMaster
The distance is the problem dude. You would at max lower it by maybe 5/10ms.

JConnor
Are these public matches (on a EA server), or when you host them on your console (P2P)? In many games, P2P private match connections are better because there is less internet overhead vs. playing on a public server that might have multiple matches going on at once. The distance is also a factor, but it's often not as bad because it is a direct connection and only one match being played on one machine.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 18, 2016 Administrators Share Posted March 18, 2016 That's due to distance, as you actively want to play with people further away there isn't much you can do in that regard except make sure you have all your congestion control settings set
