Some screens have size issues where they can not see the bottom of the settings drop down list. If you have that issue, you can you the link below to access the Miscellaneous settings assuming you haven't changed the router IP: http://192.168.88.1/cgi-bin/misc.sh Finally, if on that page you don't see the "Factory Reset" button, do a hard refresh of the page (CTRL + F5 on windows or on safari, mac, Shift + press the refresh button in the browser bar).
