james__uk
My excitement at unboxing was diminished slightly by the very first input screen. "Intro Tour, let's go through this together to the end, to really help easy setup" Cool, next>> "Your Connection: before we start, we need your upload and download speed" Ok, (I know I get 4 to 6.5Mbps Down and 0.4 Mbps Up) so should be easy, I can put in some kind of average, and hope NetDuma will just work. But no, the screen doesn't specify a unit of measurement. What unit do I use? (PS: Please change the intro speed screen to include a unit of measurement)
james__uk
Ok, I found out the unit myself, under Device Manager... It's Mbits..
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 14, 2016 Administrators Share Posted March 14, 2016 I think most people don't even think about the units and just input what speed test tells them but totally get what you mean, good idea! Glad you found out and welcome to the forum!
