cant connect laptop wirelessly to internet?

Just got the netduma and all other devices work well, but my laptop does not. When i try to connect it says "does not meet network requirements ". But it does work with a wired connection. Not sure what to do? My other devices work wirelessly. When i unplug the router and plug it back in my laptop will connect to internet but only for a few minutes before the connection is lost? Any help appreciated
