I have no clue what is needed to fix it.. I've removed my AdBlocker, Disabled my firewall, updated my web browser, used different browsers, (Even used different computers.) and I can't get the ping to work. Which sucks cause I can't rate the host. If anyone knows how to fix these issues let some playas know lol. P.S. I primarily use my Macbook for this, so any apple users please chime in!
