My hypothesis is the lag spikes are a result of lag compensation within Halo 5. I would like others to help me test this by playing on servers further away than their closest server. bcoe30 Posted February 14, 2016 Share Posted February 14, 2016 I live in Nevada & I've noticed the servers there & the bay area ( san Francisco) etc... Been very bad lately, worse then normal. I moved my location to Washington area and found there dedi w/ lees spikes and less lag . I've been keeping an eye on the ping chart Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Im in California, and I played on east coast servers all weekend. I got to onyx, but beyond that it's useless. I have no idea what's going on.
