Constant disconnects Destiny (New User)

Hey, Just purchased my NetDuma, am in Australia

Since plugging in the the R1, I've seen no improvements in my connection after following the set up guide and setting the range to 2,000KM.  But to make things worse I get constantly error coded from games where I never had this issue before.

Currently wishing I never purchased this product and want to throw it out the window :(

Any helps or advice appreciated.

Make sure the geo-filter isn't active when you launch the game.

Also do you have strict mode enabled? If so just disable it

So activate the geo filter after the the game launches?

 

I will check strict mode...

 

If i have port forwarding set up on the modem do I also need to set it again with the R1?

Nope , infact you can remove ports off of the other modem and setup UPNP on the R1 so it automatically portfowards for you :)
