Geo filter issue on PS4

First off, I love the router! I'm having issues with my geo filter. I'm on ps4 and the only thing that shows up is a dormant host near OKC. It doesn't recognize my location and I have no live filtering data, or any data on the map for that matter. Any suggestions would be great!

Hi there....Let's start small and simple and work up from there for now, cool?

 

What browser are you using?  Chrome is the preferred model as it just seems to work.

 

Below the PS4 at the top of the screen, does it say 'ENABLED' or 'DISABLE'?  When on and working for the PS4, the button below should read 'DISABLE' as you will then be clicking the button to turn the service OFF for that particular gaming console.

I have been using Internet Explorer, I will try chrome. It does have that option but when clicking either or it doesn't register or confirm either. I will let you know what I find, thank you!

Sounds like the IE bug that is kind of known.

 

Try Chrome tonight and see if that doesn't sort you out.  I suspect that is your issue based of what I am reading.

Like JD said make sure your running Chrome.

 

And make sure your GF is actually enabled.

 

And also make sure your on the most current firmware.

Sorry for the delayed response as I was out of town. Google Chrome was the answer, it works perfectly. Thanks for your help and the haste support!
