y2kmfic
The Network Monitor x-axis appears to be a 20 second trend. Is there a way to adjust this? If not, will you please add this as a feature request? It may actually help for support issues.. it's a lot easier to upload a 1min trend image than a 1min video. TIA! If not, will you please add this as a feature request? TIA! You can change the frequency that the network monitor updates by changing the refresh at the top to 30 second if you want to be able to see 'further back'. I this what you mean? You can find more info here about the network monitor.
y2kmfic
That's just the update rate... It just shows you what's happening at that specific time. For instance, if you put the update on 30 seconds, it will display what's happening at the time the 30 seconds elapsed, and not the traffic prior to the timeout. Netduma Staff Netduma Crossy Posted February 21, 2015 Netduma Staff Share Posted February 21, 2015 Ah, I think I know what you mean. So your issue is that if you set it to one second, you can only see that past 20 seconds of internet usage, and you would like to be able to scroll back and see further back? If thats your issue, then there is currently no way to scroll back, but I think that it would be a good idea to implement that in a newer version

Guest Netduma_Iain
We plan on giving much more long term stats, for example monthly stats. It sounds like you want something in-between right?
Buds
If you are collecting the information anyways, perhaps just a way to query it for a date or x days?
Guest Netduma_Iain
Good idea buds! I haven't thought how it will work and how much detail but we should chat before I implement it
Buds
No worries Iain, been a hectic week so not been on as much. I'll catch up with you soon. Also need to check and see how Luke
y2kmfic
I like the long term stats, but what I was looking for is a way to increase the x-axis time span. TBH, the refresh rate setting on the network monitor isn't very helpful. For example, If you set the refresh to 1 minute and then run a speed test or dl a file, and that test finishes within one minute, once the monitor updates there's no history of that speed test. If you would allow the user to expand the x-axis time span, the entire speed test would be in there. Not sure if I've said it before, but great product, and support! The support will keep people coming back.
