willthetech Posted January 8, 2016 Posted January 8, 2016 @TonyVega Do you have multiple consoles at home?
Netduma Staff Netduma Crossy Posted January 8, 2016 Netduma Staff Posted January 8, 2016 Have you disabled the Netduma GeoFilter?
tonyvega Posted January 8, 2016 Author Posted January 8, 2016 yes i have disable the gio... and yes i have both ps4 and xbox one but i only have ps4 connect to the netduma
Netduma Staff Netduma Crossy Posted January 8, 2016 Netduma Staff Posted January 8, 2016 Disable all port forwarding on the Netduma. Disable all port forwarding on ISP router. DMZ Netduma. Enable UPnP on the Netduma. Reboot Netduma from Settings >> Miscellaneous.
JConnor Posted January 8, 2016 Posted January 8, 2016 In addition to what Crossy said, you may have to do the opposite and manually port forward 3074 even though many say you don't need to. Go here... http://portforward.com/english/applications/port_forwarding/Call_of_Duty_-_Black_Ops_III_-_PlayStation_4/default.htm Choose the make and model of your ISP router and then port forward all the ports that are listed.
Netduma Staff Netduma Crossy Posted January 8, 2016 Netduma Staff Posted January 8, 2016 No, the one found in the Device Manager after 'WAN IP'. I think you should follow the NAT instructions here as I'm not sure if you've gone through them before.
tonyvega Posted January 8, 2016 Author Posted January 8, 2016 wat about the wan settings in nthe duma? wat should they be?
Netduma Staff Netduma Crossy Posted January 8, 2016 Netduma Staff Posted January 8, 2016 They should be empty - you shouldn't need to change anything in there. Can you post a screen shot of the DMZ settings on your other router and also of the top of the device manager page.
tonyvega Posted January 8, 2016 Author Posted January 8, 2016 i dont know how to do that.... but it is correct... my isp router shows i have selected the duma for dmz...
Netduma Staff Netduma Crossy Posted January 8, 2016 Netduma Staff Posted January 8, 2016 Are all port forwarding rules removed and GeoFilter disabled?
tonyvega Posted January 8, 2016 Author Posted January 8, 2016 yes...but i tryed to reverse it by unticking upnp and fowarding 3074,80,443,ect... and still moderate
tonyvega Posted January 8, 2016 Author Posted January 8, 2016 i tryed both...upnp ticked and all port fowarding removed, and tryed upnp unticked and all ports forwarded and still moderate
tonyvega Posted January 8, 2016 Author Posted January 8, 2016 and the gio filter has been disable the whole time
Netduma Staff Netduma Crossy Posted January 8, 2016 Netduma Staff Posted January 8, 2016 We sorted this in chat so I'll close the thread
