Missing messages in my Twitch Chat

Hi everyone.

 

I bought a Netduma router recently, and I have been noticing in my Twitch stream that random messages will just not appear. I never had this issue until I installed the router about a week ago. It isn't specific to certain people because I can see them type other things right before or after. Has anybody experienced anything like this, or know why it would happen?

According to Twitch Status the Twitch service is disrupted so that could be the reason
