Disable the built in ad blocker if you are having issues loading vidoes etc, I had the same issue with devices not loading things that tend to have adverts involved and this seemed to resolve it.

If you're upgrading through the interface without a manual file reboot then try and it should work

It's more likely to be the above, if you wait about 30 seconds does it regain internet?
