Oh okay I see and no I'm not playing any games on my phone I play games on my Xbox I just don't have a pc or a laptop to use for the flash upgrade most of the time u have to use a laptop or pc to flash any upgrade to a device mainly because the pc or laptop has a way of opening files that a android phone can't and also when I try to use the upgrade button it's grayed out I can't use it u can see in the photo I sent u that the upgrade button is grayed out and won't do anything if u press it I have tried to press it it does nothing

I don't have a pc just a android phone and I don't think I can flash a new update to the router using my smart phone thats why I asked about the remote fix

It goes back and forth from waiting on host to saying I'm not connected to any server doesn't make any sense it wasn't doing any of this until I deleted some servers from the allow list now its freaking out electronics are frustrating also wanna say that dead by daylight use to be there for a option when choosing a game When your setting up the device for the correct servers I have been having to use call of duty servers to play dead by daylight not having a good time plz fix this if u have to remote fix it that's fine

I have tried everything u suggested still hasn't fixed the problem I also want to say that what actually caused this problem is that I tried to delete servers from allowed list after that it now is stuck saying looking for host it won't show me what server I'm connected to but the white servers will pop up but when I click on the server it says I'm not connected even know I am connected doesn't make any sense I'm on xbox not pc

I recently had to factory reset my router after the reset was done I tried to add my device was successful with that but then when I went to choose the game there was no option for dead by daylight don't understand what has happened but I could choose dead by daylight as a option before the factory reset also want to say that my netduma is no longer telling me when I'm connected to a server don't understand what's going on plz help
