done all that , since u replied to me i reinstalled and used duma OS 3 but yesterday i installed DUMA OS 4 and the ping optimiser worked 1st time i then ran it 30 min later and it wasnt working again and i honestly spent a good 2 hours trying to get it to work rebooting the router factory resetting it ... its not worked since . I even tried incognito mode as i saw somewhere in the forum that it helped someone for maybe the same reason or another reason cant remember but any idea how to get it to work as it either crashed half way through and says something on the lines of : " waiting to reconnect to the router " Ping Optimizer has encountered a problem. , DumaOS is unable to complete the Ping Optimizer process due to external circumstances. " .
