Try this:
Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter to cover the servers Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works better.

I am an Efootball player and I can tell you that the geo filter works, there are no servers in Africa and since the game is based on server-side matches, no one will find you inside your drawing. The closest servers to you are Madrid and Milan.
Before saying that it doesn't work, let's get some information, because otherwise we won't help Fraser and the Netduma guys, but we'll only create confusion.
