I think I did do a factory reset after my initial setup.

Hi. That wasn’t the issue. Reading on other post on the forum, I think it’s fixed for now.
Downloaded and upgraded to latest firmware. Did a factory reset, and applied my settings back.
Only thing it wasn’t detecting my console after updating, but once I assigned an IP to my console, that fixed that.
fingers crossed and hope no other issues.
