    It's providing internet because it's acting like a switch rather than a router - it's an indication of it not working. Keep us posted!

    Just trying to get you access to the interface at the moment - without that you won't get internet.
    Unplug the router from power for 10 minutes, plug in, then wait 4 minutes, then hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then wait 4 minutes before accessing the interface - you can remove the static IP.

    Okay great thank you.
    Set a static IP on the PC with the following details
    IP address: 192.168.77.100
    Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
    Default gateway: 192.168.77.1
    DNS: 192.168.77.1
    If you're not sure how to do this, you can check this guide: https://kb.netgear.com/27476/How-do-I-set-a-static-IP-address-in-Windows then try accessing 192.168.77.1 please and see if it works.

    Ho capito !! Allora appena arrivo a casa collego il netduma al mio pc e le invio di nuovo lo screenshot ! Grazie mille

    What do you see when trying to access the interface? While connected to the router via a Windows PC, open command prompt, type ipconfig press enter and then post a screenshot of the results here please.
