  1. Good day frazer and team. I have been currently experiencing problems where the netduma disconnects all devices from the internet certain times of the day and a reboot is required. current Duma OS is 4.0.236 the image attached is the system logs on the R3. this error is reoccuring. any solution?

Hi Fraser I have been using a different router for weeks seeing if Upnp works now but it didn't I tried different methods and went back to the using the R3 as my main router as I started dealing with packet loss. Now I don't understand that smart boost also is not picking up to my games or gaming I prioritized.
  4. I will try using another router and see if UpnP works. It's connected to our ISP through information given by my ISP. that connects to their station via well an "antenna" as they would describe it.
  5. It's connected to the internet Via PPPOE.
  6. Hi fraser I have done a reboot more than 4 times last night. still not working. the R3 is my main router now. it's not connected to another router. no DMZ is not enabled.
  7. Hi Fraser sorry for the late reply was gaming and testing out things. No it did not work, also I still connect to different servers outside my custom geo filter.
  8. Hi Netduma team UPNP- is still an issue for xbox devices. The R3 is my main router so it is connected with PPPOE. Nat type still shows either unavailable or getting details
  9. Hi @Netduma Fraser I have the same issues and happens constantly. I'm on .41 I don't want to go to early access update waiting on official release. I keep connecting to servers outside my custom filters as well. I've tried everything.
  10. Ngl now that the underwater cables being damaged for us Africans. Steady ping has made playing games easier and not as punishable hoping it'll all be better as soon as it's all fixed
  11. My problem is steady ping does not always stabilize my connection it. very odd so I checked maybe there is a firmware update that I need and not even that bc I reboot my router everytime it does that. I don't know if it's just my isp.

No it's already in my country it's with DHL but the invoice they sent didn't even have my order receipt or anything no one is helping me from the start I said I didn't even get a confirmation email. and there is nothing I legit can do about it. the invoice DHL has shows what netduma gave them in GBP and not even the full amount I paid.

  15. They also gave DHL an invoice with no invoice number and the incorrect currency I paid in and all they do is stay quiet

Netduma are ignoring my crys for help I can't get in touch with anyone, no email was sent to me with an invoice attached and all that netduma is doing is taking my money and leaving me in the dust I messaged the admin here and Twitter bc I cannot access even their support. what a way for customer service
