Hey Fraser I did contact my ISP this weekend to do a reset on their part, they did but still continued. What are "IDs" so I can give the correct information to you.

Hey Fraser and Netduma team. May I please request any older patches before .290 as I have lost them. My netduma is acting weird, it detects servers in my region (southern africa) as High ping servers in games. Such as cod, battlefield, Valorant All cape town servers show 225 ms ping as if my router is located outside of Africa and picks rhe furthers servers.

Hi fraser. The app crashed, It just freezes like everyone complains. I did not re-enable steady ping at the moment of when the ping jumped back up, I was testing if everything was going to be okay.

Was good while it lasted after the first kill, and a duma OS crash back up by 30 ping

I have done congestion control: I put it on auto turned all slides down to 50% put it on expert and proceeded to optimize my ping it lowered by 30 ping but I will have to do an in-game test to see if steady ping might be needed because sometimes steady ping really saved my matches 👍

I have not even set up congestion control. but it shows always on. smartboost Gameing second, valorant first, ping differences, I took from previous update to the new one. Geo-Filter steady ping - simple Geo-latency: on ping assist 0 strict mode custom shape drawn

I see but now I am currently facing issues on the router where it bypasses pppoe and gives and error that says that I cannot use certain features because they are missing after reverting back to 4.0.236. is there a way to factory reset the router to default. -

oh no this just does it too all devices, even ones connected to wifi. phones, etc. this is not just my xbox. like it blocks out the internet completely. -

I use very long ethernet cables but only to my xbox, shorter ones to the router (WAN is short) but it seems this update is not giving any internet connection since I use the R3 as the main router. I will revert to previous firmware. -

Good day frazer and team. I have been currently experiencing problems where the netduma disconnects all devices from the internet certain times of the day and a reboot is required. current Duma OS is 4.0.236 the image attached is the system logs on the R3. this error is reoccuring. any solution?

Hi Fraser I have been using a different router for weeks seeing if Upnp works now but it didn't I tried different methods and went back to the using the R3 as my main router as I started dealing with packet loss. Now I don't understand that smart boost also is not picking up to my games or gaming I prioritized.

I will try using another router and see if UpnP works. It's connected to our ISP through information given by my ISP. that connects to their station via well an "antenna" as they would describe it.

Hi fraser I have done a reboot more than 4 times last night. still not working. the R3 is my main router now. it's not connected to another router. no DMZ is not enabled.

Hi Fraser sorry for the late reply was gaming and testing out things. No it did not work, also I still connect to different servers outside my custom geo filter.

Hi Netduma team UPNP- is still an issue for xbox devices. The R3 is my main router so it is connected with PPPOE. Nat type still shows either unavailable or getting details

Hi @Netduma Fraser I have the same issues and happens constantly. I'm on .41 I don't want to go to early access update waiting on official release. I keep connecting to servers outside my custom filters as well. I've tried everything.

Ngl now that the underwater cables being damaged for us Africans. Steady ping has made playing games easier and not as punishable hoping it'll all be better as soon as it's all fixed

My problem is steady ping does not always stabilize my connection it. very odd so I checked maybe there is a firmware update that I need and not even that bc I reboot my router everytime it does that. I don't know if it's just my isp.

Netduma has not sent me an invoice on what I ordered

No it's already in my country it's with DHL but the invoice they sent didn't even have my order receipt or anything no one is helping me from the start I said I didn't even get a confirmation email. and there is nothing I legit can do about it. the invoice DHL has shows what netduma gave them in GBP and not even the full amount I paid.
