  1. Either connect the PS5 directly to the R3 or ask the question in the manufacturer forum of your switch to which you have connected the PS5 as you said. If the PS5 reports a disconnect, this means that the connection from the PS5 to the switch is faulty and not the connection from the switch to the R3
  2. @Hmz No this is not possible actually…
  3. You can do this from a PC or you have to look for an App for your Smartphone / Tablett
  4. You can simply "ping" it to get the IP. But yes, I would also prefer the IP to be displayed automatically and not just the host name...
  5. @Sgt-Greco Good morning. I may have another tip for you. I tried this yesterday and since then I have not been connected to servers outside my markings: go to the geofilter settings and switch off the „Geo-Latancy“ function. I did the same yesterday and all matches I played connected to servers that were in the areas I specified.
  6. @swippur i think you’re right @Gskillz Does it always affect the port to which the PC is connected? If so, try to force the speed & duplex on the PC's network interface to 1 Gbps full duplex instead of automatic. Maybe the Driver for the PC network interface is faulty/outdated… here you can found a little pictured guide if you don’t know how to do that: Force Speed & Duplex on a windows network interface
  7. Please do the Test again but select the Server manually, and please use the same Server for each Test.
  8. Sorry, but I didn’t own an XR500. So I can’t guide you. But i think that this have to be in the LAN settings (maybe advanced) of the XR500 Here is a nice illustrated guide (I think better than if I just explain everything here manually) on how to disable IPv6 directly on the PC interface: Disable IPv6 Windows
  9. Have you set manually an IP, the gateway and the DNS in the PC LAN interface? What is the cabling like? Is the PC connected directly to the router? Without a switch or anything in between?
  10. Maybe @Netduma Fraser can give an explanation. I don’t have one 😞
  11. Hmm, no idea if this is different between PlayStation and Xbox servers but I don't have any servers on the map with tick marks unless I really set them manually
  12. try ping google.com. what happens then? what happens when you do a tracerout to google.com? Have you try to turn of IPv6 on the LAN Interface?
  13. You can still see servers with tick marks on your map. You can also try the following: remove the Xbox from the geofilter and then run the Cloud Sync from the geofilter. Then add the Xbox back to the geofilter. Then wait 10 minutes in the lobby of the Game. Maybe reboot the R3 after removing the Xbox from Geofilter… However, I know that the geofilter doesn't seem to be working quite as it should at the moment. For example, I also had the problem today that I was connected twice to a server in Saudi Arabia.
  14. Disconnect the router from the power supply for 5 minutes and then reconnect it. Can you ping the router from the PC when the PC is connected to the network cable?
  15. Sorry, but you are simply making claims where two people have told you that this is not technically possible. You are not providing any relevant information about your network, such as DHCP, reserved IP, possibly manually assigned IP, which Wi-Fi channels used (automatic or fixed channel setting, channel width of the Wi-Fi channels) and so on. On this basis, I simply have no desire to continue trouble shooting. Fortunately, I don't have to, because I'm just a user here and have no connection whatsoever with Netduma. Nevertheless, I wish you a nice rest of the weekend. edit: And just to make one thing clear again: nobody is denying that you have problems. We have merely pointed out to you that these problems cannot be caused by the router itself, but that different router configurations are most likely responsible.
  16. On your picture you can see a tick next to some servers. Have you set these to allowed manually? If so, remove them from the list. If you manually enable servers outside your search radius, these servers will of course also be included in the selection for the connection search.
  17. That's exactly what I've already told him. But apparently he knows better...
  18. Hi, sorry to have to tell you this. But if you have such problems, you have serious other problems in your network. Or no understanding of how to handle one (and that is absolutely not meant in a negative, nasty or derogatory way!). What you're describing can't be caused by a router as it doesn't make changes to other devices. If you replace a router with another one, you should definitely have all devices connected to it completely restarted. Even if you use the same SSID and password. edit: Which can lead to your problem, for example: when a device connects to a network, it is normally assigned an IP address by DHCP. This allocation has a specific lease time. If you now change the router and keep the same SSID and password, the devices can connect to the WLAN but may not request a new IP address. This could mean that the devices are simply using incorrect IP settings and are therefore unable to establish communication. When restarting, the devices usually request a new DHCP.
  19. Have you made any manual settings for IP, DNS etc. in the devices that are not getting an Internet connection? Can you post the settings for DHCP from the R3 and the IP settings from the iPhone
  20. @swippur Your help is kindly meant. But if you had read from the beginning, you would know that the WAN interface of the R3 constantly switches back and forth between online and offline. That is the real problem. If it is stable, there are no problems. Unfortunately, it does not do this when the R3 is directly connected to the modem.
  21. The strange thing about this story is that you also have the same problem with older firmware versions. There are also no similar reports here in the forum. According to what @Netduma Fraser was said yesterday, the new firmware version should be released very soon. Let's hope for the best. Just to be clear: you haven't changed anything in the IP settings, have you?
  22. Did you run the Ping Optimizer?
  23. What settings did you change?
