Hello, support. I'm hoping you can help me. The Steady ping have an issue in expert mode remains at 10 ms even at the lowest setting. Is there a way to reduce it to 5 or 3 ms? also i try Using simple mode adds 10-12 ms to the game. I upgraded the software to the newest version and performed a factory reset following the update.
