  1. Me too please @Netduma Fraser
  2. New firmware now scheduled to release 2025... all bugs still present...In 2025 ..Netduma R5 launches with the exact same issues and has no schedule for its bugs to also be fixed.
  3. That's unfortunate, guess I may as well go out and get another router. Can't even use the 30 day refund policy anymore from holding out with hope on the company... my mistake.
  4. ^This is me replying to someone. In another post a few weeks ago, yes. In this post ... I think you need to open your eyes and read again.
  5. I never asked for an ETA … I asked if we are any closer to the firmware being released😂
  6. FR .. would've really liked to know when its coming out and if the issues that plaguing me are going to be fixed
  7. We any closer to this "NEW" firmware being out ?
  8. So now that February is also nearly finished.... Any chance of the "new" firmware arriving in the next 2-3 days ? or we waiting for March
  9. Same firmware, multiple times. On 4.0.41. Every time I was unable to access DumaOS I uploaded the same firmware and then factory reset, eventually ended up with one that doesn't require a reboot daily. Day 6 almost now. If it doesn't let you reflash the same one, downgrade and then upgrade before the factory reset. Seems to keep all settings on a downgrade.
  10. Update: Time since last reboot: 5 days now
  11. So i got to the point where i was frustrated with DumaOS requiring a restart every 24 hours or even sooner and was willing to try literally anything to get it to stop. The way I was able to get it to stop doing that was every time it froze i would re-install the firmware and factory reset. 3 factory resets in 3 days and I now have the system running for nearly 4 days straight without requiring a restart, can't speak for the longevity of this solution but 4 days and counting without a reset is a win for me.
  12. Is it a 10/10 hit rate for the DumaOS not loading issue ? I.e everyone having it or only some ? I thought this was very widespread so shouldn’t be too hard to reproduce. The Wifi one I can understand, especially since people who have both can’t assist with logs due to the above one making it harder to reproduce.
  13. Even more genuine question... have you guys found a fix for the following issues or what is causing it, assuming that it going to be in the next firmware. In order of priority for myself: 1. "DumaOS Features Loading" after roughly 24 hours, can no longer access the WebUI. Reboot required to fix 2. Random disconnects WiFi and wired (Where the internet connection would briefly disconnect) **Can't really help here with logs due to the above issue. 3. Load/Save configs ... since we are beta testers currently ... this would be nice. 4. Guest Network devices showing under "Wired" on the network overview. 5. IPv6 6. Advertised features such as Ping Optimizer, Steady Ping, Geo Filter 2.0 working consistently.
  14. Understood, but I was asking for an ETA so if you guys said for example expect an update this week and it goes over to the following week, fine. But if you guys are expecting this “update” to be out next month or something I would just go get another router to use for the time-being. Just left in the dark currently.
  15. I'm sorry but not having a consistent internet connection from a product that is first and formerly a router is inexcusable. The bugs with GeoFilter etc I can understand but launching a router not being able to maintain a consistent connection to the internet is NOT it ! On top of that Fraser was getting flamed was providing a ETA to the point where they are now no longer providing us with an ETA. I'm sorry but I would really like to know .... if I need to go out of my way to buy another router just so I can have stable connection, that being a day, week or month from now. An ETA would be very helpful in this situation.
