Hey Netduma Team Back in the earlier versions of the firmware, when a new firmware was pushed it changed the last part my mac address and I'm wondering why?

On wired yes, On Wi-Fi sometimes, also Happy New years everyone.

I found out that the reason why the ping optimizer fails sometimes is also possibly because there is a device on your network that is causing it to fail, like how I found out that my Wi-Fi extender wasn't functioning properly, once I removed it, it started working normally. But once I put my Wi-Fi extender back on the network it stops again. Merry Christmas Everyone 🙂

Yes, SmartBoost disabled fully without me disabling it myself. Yup, when you go to the Smart boost page and when you try to enable it, it does nothing. The web browser i was using at the time was firefox. The Ping Optimizer tests completes successfully with no problems, just that nothing shows on the test history. Yeah, that is also the same conclusion I reached with SmartBoost. I have done a factory reset and it only took me 3-5 minutes to get everything back up and running.

Ok, after going through it After a few plays on COD and CS2 when I rebooted the router, the SmartBoost became disabled and won't enable anymore. And the only way to get it back enabled is to factory reset. the Ping optimizer history doesn't show anything. Even after performing a few tests. Also in that state we can't switch profiles or create a new profile for the smartboost. To any of the mods if you can remove my post from "Issues with R3 connecting to home pods" it would be much appreciated. I didn't mean or try to cause any confusion.

So I finally got everything I needed, setup everything and comparing to the XR1000, the R3 is definitely good, I was getting Syntax errors out the buns with the XR1000 on the QoS(sometimes) and pingheat map(Consistent). But with the R3 everything is working. Excellent work NetDuma Team.

Just got mine today, Still have to wait for 2 other deliveries in order to complete my network setup. Oh what fun. 🙂

Hey did anyone else get an email from DHL with a tracking number, but didn't an email from netduma saying, "Your R3 has been dispatched."? is that normal?
