Hi im back i have the device connected and remote support enabled

Okay how do i get to my isp modem dmz and whats R2. Sorry im not familiar with networking

Yes ive tried multiple browsers also, still no luck. And theres no https before the 192.

It just keeps telling me to “retry upload” i even tried to download a new file and factory reset again and clear cache/cookies again and still no success

No it did not update after clearing the cache

I tried to clear cache and cookies, still loading like last time

No its not giving me any error at all

Yes i signed back in and made sure i wasnt connected back to my isp router and also tried wired pc. No success at all

Can i please get admin support for updating my firmware. Ive tried factory resetting my router, unplugging it and re plugging it, using different bowsers and i have no success on upgrading my firmware. Thanks in advance. When i try to upgrade, its just stuck in a loading phase forever. Ive been at it for hours and i dont know what else to do
