Hi, Wouldn't it be better if we get more transparency in the FW situation? Like I thread which is sticked to the main site of the r3? I'm only waiting for a FW for hybrid VPN and would like to test it when it will be released 😇. Best regards

@Netduma Fraser @Netduma Lew Hi, my R3 has version 4.0.19 installed. In the Latest Firmware section, version 4.0.16 is shown. Do I have a bug in the R3? Or did you just forget to update the Latest Firmware section?

Hab heute den R3 erhalten und komischerweise musste ich gar nichts bezahlen. Vermutlich glück gehabt oder ich bekomm von DHL später noch eine Rechnung. Auf jeden Fall war die Zustellung von DHL seltsam, der hat das Paket um 7:40 einfach vor die Tür gestellt, ohne zu klingeln.

Keine Ahnung wie du auf über 100 € Zoll gebühren kommst aber auf zoll.de kannst du den Abgabenrechner selbst ausführen und dort steht man muss knapp über 40 Euro bezahlen und das sowohl für weitere PC als auch für Computer man das wäre schon hart 50 % mehr zu bezahlen für nicht EU Ware

I have the confirmation. But normally the German customs want to see the percentage of the VAT. Since you in UK have a VAT of 20% and we in Germany 19%. I calculated the VAT it is 20% so nether mind. DHL will collect the customs and taxes

I just asked me the same question. Since Netduma Limited is an UK company in Germany we should pay for customs and taxes. I just wanted to state what helped me (twice now). I have the FW XR500-V2.3.2.134-dumaos33-rc14.img on my XR500 (see https://forum.netduma.com/topic/51611-new-xr500-beta-firmware-33535/ for the FW), normally with Hybrid VPN on. After 2 blackouts (hard restart), the Hybrid VPN menu is not loading. I want to note that if I reset my router in this stage, I will normally get this error and it took me quite some time to restore my XR500 (3 hours in the first run). Also, loading a config with VPN off over …/adv_index.htm is not helping here. What helped me in the 2nd run: Directly after the error with the Hybrid VPN appeared, I’m downgrading the FW to the INTERMEDIARY_FIRMWARE.img. When doing a factory reset and loading the config without VPN setting, then upgrading the FW to RC14 again and setting up Hybrid VPN again. This took me only 30 min last time. By the way, are you planning on fixing the bug? I wanted to give the XR500 to a friend of mine when my R3 arrives. But he isn’t a computer scientist like me, so I will install the stable version 2.3.2.134 for him
