So is there or isn't there a software issue? i have done everything on this thread and then some my benchmark r app is no longer loading this seem to be an issue that has never been addressed. or are you still working on firmware.

I get that message when i start a benchmark test sometimes but yes anytime i change any bandwidth setting i get that message

same thing I changed the percentage of bandwidth allocation and when i went to save it game me the error again. My thing is how am i to be sure any of the settings customize actually stick due to this error?

I've recently upgraded to the Nighthawk Xr 1000 from Xr 500 due to the firmware on the 500 having a lot of issues. Giving an accurate connection benchmark was one of the main issues the only time the device gave an accurate result was after a factory reset and the device was 3 years old so i figured id upgrade to the elite version of that router the Xr 1000. The connection benchmark tool works except on occasion i get the When using the Connection benchmark tool, also I get that same message when sing Qos changing any of my values running the auto set up or even just updating my bandwidth allocation. I used to get the message a lot more when I had Connection benchmark test scheduled after a factory reset and not scheduling benchmark tests the message doesn't appear as often but i still get the message in Qos. Also i the geo filter does not allow me into lobbies when I have radius set lower than 2000 miles there are two servers specifically want to play on even if I use polygon mode it still doesn't allow me to connect to those servers. it looks like im going to join the match and then i get sent back to the main screen saying my connection timed out. Also Qos isn't doing much for my download ping its all over the place . please help!

as stated previously it doesn't work well so I have it disabled at the time of the screen shot. When I have it turned on it takes a very long time to find lobby and most of the time I cant actually get into a lobby or if I actually get into a lobby and complete a match I'm kicked all the way back to the start menu. I'm playing apex legends ..... the congestion control didn't make a difference in my ping it just chokes my bandwidth but my download ping is the same i think it works for my upload its very stable but download no so much.

I'm using an xr 1000 firmware version 1.0.0.64_1.0.49 I get the same message when i use Qos auto congestion control also. the geo filter doesn't allow me to filter out high ping servers. it like none of the features work properly. i started off with xr500 and upgraded to the 1000 because the older firmware was bad also and certain features like Qos and Connection Benchmark tool didn't work correctly.

but what does it mean? i get this message all the time whenever im in Qos or in Benchmark test
