It is failing to ping a few servers so we'll get that updated

We need to do another, it went out of date again after we pushed an update today. We're working on a more permanent solution, in the mean time we'll push another update tomorrow.

No there isn't, they have actively put measures in place to counteract Geo-Filtering - more so people exploiting the way to do this with the game files and we're a byproduct of those measures as well.

That's a good suggestion and it's already on our roadmap so it's certainly something we're looking into in future.
