As was mentioned by the PingPlotter guide, that first hop is fine. It's the bottom graph you want to pay attention to, that doesn't have any packet loss and seems relatively stable as I do think it's likely the game server and you should try to connect to another.

I turned off port forwarding and also reset my network settings in Windows and no disconnects last night! Thanks for the help.

I wouldn't have thought either of those options would affect that but could you remove the port forwarding rules as they're not needed and see if it happens again please?
