  1. Context; I am in the UK and was geo-ing to the USA. DumaOS reported the incorrect ping (9ms) vs in game (95ms) but I sometimes have the reverse when I'm connected to Amsterdam it's about 10-14ms in game but about 80ms on the Geo-Filter page. Do I need to do anything, like a cloud re-sync?
  2. Ignore this. I took it out of the DMZ and it's still working.
  3. I’m trying to use Home Assistant (on a separate VLAN) to send WoL packets to a device inside my R3’s LAN. The R3 is connected via WAN to my main Unifi network, and the target device has a static IP on the R3. WoL works perfectly from within the R3’s LAN, but I’m unable to wake the device via the R3’s WAN IP — even with a UDP port forward configured on port 9. The only way I’ve been able to make it work is by placing the target device in the R3’s DMZ, which functions but isn’t ideal. Does the R3 support forwarding inbound UDP traffic to LAN devices (including broadcast addresses)? Is there a way to define a static ARP entry or otherwise allow WoL packets through without relying on the DMZ? Any advice would be much appreciated.
  4. Please can I have access too?
  5. I just wanted to share a couple of potential bugs / funnies I've had recently. I recently upgraded my Internet from FTTC (Sky) to FTTP (Brsk). I got a great package from Brsk which is 1Gbps Up and Down. On Connection Benchmark my download bandwidth never displays above ~500Mbps, or reached full speed but will on other Speed Test sites it shows ~1000Mbps as expected. Upload speeds on Connection Benchmark are as expected. Also, I found that after a short while of uptime the XR500 would down-clock the WAN link speed from 1000Mbps to 100Mbps, at first I thought it was the Cat 6 cable, but as it's such a long run, under carpets etc, I was reluctant to replace straight away. I tried a 1Gb Netgear switch I had lying about and the speeds stayed at full gigabit, since plugging the XR500 into the switch the link speed stays at 1000Mbps. Network configs tried: ONT > Icotera Router (ISP supplied) > XR500 > PC = 100Mbps Full Duplex 😔 ONT > XR500 > PC = 100Mbps Full Duplex 😔 ONT > Icotera Router (ISP supplied) > 1Gb Switch > PC = 1000Mbps Full Duplex 🙂 ONT > Icotera Router (ISP supplied) > 1Gb Switch > XR500 > PC = 1000Mbps Full Duplex 🙂
  6. Please can I be added to the XR500 Beta List?
