I've resynced the cloud and uninstall the app and installed again.

Hi guys I have xr500 I haven't got the auto firmware update on, but the app doesn't work, no ping heat map pings, can't see any server listings. Also playing ps5 bf6 it's always connecting me abroad somewhere never UK. What's going on

XR500 V2.3.2.134-dumaos33-rc14 now on this firmware I'm getting the games appear This right having it ticked for auto updates has updated the firmware off the ND beta to netgears 1.36, why not netdumas firmware? Are there now 2 firmwares for it one from yourself and one from Netgear. Just thought having auto updates on be good thing for security patches from yourselves. Thanks fraser

I was on my beta firmware before and don't know why it's updated to xR500 V2.3.3.136, Do netduma push automatic firmware updates for it to goto this. Is it 535 got upgrade to. Thanks Fraser

Playing bf6 and doesn't detect it

Blops 6 not showing on it or battlefield 6 after resync.

I'm playing bf6 and cod on ps5. The ping heat map never syncs up with new games. I was on the beta firmware think it's 535. Yeah create rule for traffic the cod doesn't show red or battlefield 6 on frostbite section What I got to do Fraser cheers

Hi guys I have the new bf6 and xr500. The XR doesn't acknowledge the create new rule doesn't detect bf6 is playing or cod. The ping heat map after resync not showing any new games like cod blops 6 or if bf6 been added by netduma heat map. Cheers guys

Hi guys On blops 6 was having trouble shooting like shoot first die first I run optimiser and found upload 200ms and down 50ms. Why is the ping optimizer only running once now I've tried it on expert and it's only once and then put the full test on and same only runs once. Cheers guys

Hi guys. I'm on full fibre now from fttc. I used to have a hg modem to my xr500 in bedroom close to ps5. Now on full fibre you got to use the smart hub 2 to use your house phone for digital voice. Now I have sh2 downstairs and my xr500 upstairs, I'm going to use home plugs temporarily or what other options do I have. As the ont goes in wan 4 on hub can I just plug my xr500 into another port and it be fine. What about the wireless features as xr500 and hub both be giving out WiFi, is this recommend. Do I still have type hub IP the xr500. Cheers guys
