Agreed, I got my R2 in 2020 during COVID, and the concepts a great idea. However, the lack of support is really poor; the lackof updates for the router is poor and the the fact they have now brought out a new router and left the R2 in the dust shows how little they think of those who supported them by purchasing there product.
